Job Summary As a Test Lead specializing in selenium and Java, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, implementing test automation strategies, and ensuring high-quality software development and delivery using selenium and Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the test planning, design, and execution phases for projects involving selenium and java.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using selenium and java to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Perform root cause analysis on testing defects and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in implementing selenium and java testing best practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in selenium and java automation testing.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in selenium automation testing framework.
• Strong programming skills in java for test automation.
• Handson experience in designing and executing selenium test scripts.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with ci/cd pipelines and version control systems.
