Duties

• Offer customised haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling according to client preferences.
• Provide expert advice on hair care and grooming products.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow.
• Build rapport with clients through friendly communication and personalised service.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques.
• Handle cash or electronic payments securely and accurately.
• Promote services through word-of-mouth, social media, or other marketing channels.

Skills

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients feel valued and satisfied.
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques including fades, line-ups, shaves, colouring, and styling.
• Fluency in English for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: £25,420.00-£52,920.00 per year
