NW Couriers is recruiting self-employed delivery drivers across the North West and West Yorkshire.

We specialise in small, high-volume delivery areas, with drivers allocated routes as close to home as possible. This means less unnecessary travelling between deliveries and gives productive drivers the opportunity to complete higher parcel volumes.

Pay & Earning Potential

You will be paid £0.70 for every successfully delivered parcel. Your earnings are directly linked to your productivity and the number of hours you choose to deliver.

Drivers typically achieve around 25–40 parcels per hour, depending on the delivery area, experience and individual performance.

Examples:

Productivity 4 Hours 6 Hours 8 Hours

25 parcels/hour 100 = £70 150 = £105 200 = £140

30 parcels/hour 120 = £84 180 = £126 240 = £168

40 parcels/hour 160 = £112 240 = £168 320 = £224

Figures are examples based on £0.70 per successfully delivered parcel and are not guaranteed earnings. Actual productivity will vary depending on route, parcel volume, experience and other factors.

The Role

Typical starting rounds contain approximately 100–120 parcels per day, with additional volume available for reliable drivers who demonstrate they can comfortably manage more.

You'll collect your parcels between approximately 9am–11am and deliver within your allocated local area. Deliveries can be made throughout the day until approximately 9pm, giving you flexibility over how you organise your route.

We require drivers for 5 days per week, with Saturday mandatory.

We aim to allocate drivers to a delivery area as close to their home as possible.

Requirements

You must have a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, your own reliable vehicle and a smartphone. Estate cars are preferred due to parcel capacity.

Previous courier experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training is provided.
