Self Employed Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to expand our cleaning team with a friendly team leader/supervisor who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work with a genuine passion for cleaning and working with people. We are well known for our high standard of quality so candidates that have an eye for detail are well suited to our cleaning positions.

The following duties as a team leader/supervisor could include:

• Taking a lead role on team jobs

• Training new staff

• Carrying out audits & delivering in-person feedback

• Covering staff sickness & holiday

• Regular cleaning work if you are happy to take on additional hours

*Please note that this is a hands on role with cleaning duties required*

All of our cleaning roles are on a self-employed basis and you must have a full driving licence and access to vehicle due to taking products & equipment with you.

You will need to supply your own products and equipment based on a guideline list provided.

Cleaning experience is essential and managerial experience is preferred. Full training is given upon starting working alongside us until you feel comfortable working independently.

Payments terms can be on a weekly or monthly basis.

Starting pay is £15p/h, which goes up to £16 after the probation period of 2 months. Higher rates of pay considered for experienced cleaners based on performance.
