Business location: Based in Tiverton, Mid Devon

(with projects across the South-West and regional UK stay-away work)
Rate: Competitive day rates + paid accommodation and live-away allowance for away projects

We are a dynamic, fast-developing, and highly respected green sector services business, delivering expert tree surgery, land management, and environmental services directly to private and commercial clients and via major regional and UK-wide contractors on commercial sites.

Our projects are highly varied, covering tree felling, large-scale clearance, grass and hedge management, de-vegetation, erosion protection, habitat creation, and groundworks.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for reliable, skilled self-employed subcontractors to join our team.

The Roles Available

We are seeking professionals who fit the following job profiles:

· Tree Surgeon Climber

· Groundsman

· Machine Operator (Valtra T195 tractor-Kobelco 14t excavator, shear, grapple saw)

What We Are Looking For (Essential Skills)

· Arboriculture: Relevant NPTC qualifications.

· Plant Machinery: NPORS or CPCS qualifications (specifically Excavator and Tractor).

· Site Safety: A valid CSCS card is required for our commercial sites. If you do not currently hold this, we will help you in obtaining it.

· Driving: A valid, clean driving licence.

· Attitude: A fantastic work ethic, a strong commitment to safety, and pride in your work. We value team players who enjoy demonstrating individual initiative and contributing to high-quality project delivery.

Highly Desirable Skills

The broader your skillset, the better. We are keen to speak with candidates who already hold, or are ambitious to obtain, qualifications in:

· Excavator tree shear and grab

· MEWP operations

· Robocut

· Off-road 4x4 driving

· Tractor and winch operations

· Front and rear-mounted flails

· Other specialised plant operations or advanced arboricultural qualifications
