Self-Employed Delivery Courier Partners

Swishr | Flexible Delivery Opportunities | Paid Per Drop

Earn up to £20 per hour during busy periods, with opportunities for additional performance bonuses.

Swishr is preparing for the busy festive delivery season, and we are looking to welcome 2–3 additional self-employed courier partners to our growing delivery network.

We work with restaurants and local businesses to provide reliable delivery services to customers. We are looking for responsible, professional individuals who want access to delivery opportunities while maintaining flexibility over when they work.

Flexible working — you choose when to go online

As a self-employed courier partner, you choose when to make yourself available for delivery opportunities.

Our busiest periods are generally Thursday to Sunday, between 4 pm and 9 pm, particularly during the festive season. We are especially interested in attracting additional couriers who may choose to work during these periods to help meet increased demand.

These are peak demand periods, not compulsory working hours or fixed shifts. You may also choose to work at other times when delivery opportunities are available.

There is no guarantee of minimum working hours, delivery volumes or earnings.

How you earn

• Paid per completed delivery: Earn for each completed drop according to the applicable delivery rates.
• Peak-period earning potential: Existing Swishr drivers have achieved earnings of up to £20 per hour during busy periods, depending on demand and completed deliveries.
• Performance bonuses: Additional bonuses of up to £25 per week may be available for exceptional performance, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria.

The hourly figure reflects earnings achieved by existing drivers and is not a guaranteed hourly rate. Actual earnings vary according to demand, completed deliveries, distance and applicable rates.

Get paid your way

• Automatic weekly payouts: Your eligible earnings are paid automatically each week in accordance with Swishr's payment schedule.
• Flexible withdrawals: You can request to withdraw your available eligible earnings at other times, without necessarily waiting for the next weekly payout, subject to the app's withdrawal rules, processing times and any applicable fees.

This gives you a regular weekly payout while offering additional flexibility when you want access to your earnings sooner.

Exclusive Swishr courier partner benefits

Eligible active courier partners can enjoy additional benefits when ordering through the Swishr app:

• 10% off orders from merchants listed on the Swishr app, subject to applicable terms.
• Free delivery on your own eligible orders placed through the Swishr app, subject to applicable terms.
• Additional performance bonuses of up to £25 per week where the relevant criteria are met.

What the work involves

Depending on the delivery requests you choose to accept, you may:

• Collect orders from restaurants and other local businesses.
• Deliver food, groceries and other eligible items to customers.
• Use the Swishr Driver App to receive delivery information and update order progress.
• Keep goods secure and handle them appropriately during transport.
• Communicate professionally with merchants, customers and support.
• Follow applicable road-safety requirements and delivery procedures.

What you will need

• A suitable vehicle for the delivery work you undertake.
• Hire and Reward insurance for your delivery activities.
• A valid driving licence and vehicle documentation where required.
• A smartphone with mobile internet access.
• Suitable delivery equipment, including an insulated bag where required.
• A professional attitude, reliability and good communication skills.

Previous delivery experience is beneficial but not essential.

The self-employed partnership

This is a self-employed courier opportunity, not an offer of salaried employment. You provide delivery services under the applicable Swishr Courier Partner Agreement and are responsible for your own tax obligations and business expenses.

You choose when to make yourself available and whether to accept delivery requests, subject to the applicable agreement and safety requirements. There are no guaranteed working hours, minimum delivery volumes or guaranteed earnings.
