Self employed Electrical Improver

We are looking for an experienced Self employed Electrical Improver to join our team working on commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Install metal containment, including tray, basket, trunking and conduit.
• Carry out first fix and second fix electrical installations.
• Assist with cable installation, dressing and termination.
• Install sockets, switches, isolators, lighting and other electrical accessories.
• Work alongside qualified electricians to complete installations safely and to a high standard.
• Follow site drawings, instructions and health & safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organised.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Improver on commercial construction sites.
• Experience installing metal containment is essential.
• Competent with first and second fix electrical work.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Good understanding of electrical installation practices and site safety.
• Valid ECS/CSCS card.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: From £160.00 per day
