We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. As a Multi Trade Builder, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of construction tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and painting.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks with precision.
• Fabricate custom components and structures as needed to meet project specifications.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of building elements such as walls, roofs, fixtures, and fittings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is progressing according to plan.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Skills

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, or construction painting.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately.
• Skilled in fabrication techniques for custom building components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance.
• Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a team environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity required for demanding manual tasks across various trades.
