Self Perform Lead - Mega Remote Project

For our client, we are seeking a Self Perform Lead - Mega Remote Project to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead self-perform work execution across complex construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. The position partners closely with leadership on pursuit strategy, preconstruction planning, staffing, and labor planning to ensure work is set up for successful delivery. In addition, the role will drive performance across project teams and support the development and retention of field and project leadership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead self-perform work execution in alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives
• Collaborate with leadership on pursuit strategy and pre-sell scope work
• Oversee staffing strategies and resource allocation across projects
• Review and guide estimating approaches and labor strategies
• Monitor project performance, including production trends and financial outcomes
• Ensure field leadership is engaged in planning and execution
• Develop and manage project managers and superintendents for performance and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field supervision
• 5 years of experience leading self-perform work scopes or multi-project teams
• Preferred OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
• Required to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire
