Job Summary

Stor All Self Storage is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Self Storage Manager to oversee daily facility operations, assist customers, maintain rental accounts, and help keep the property clean, secure, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily self-storage facility operations.
• Assist customers with rentals, payments, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Answer customer questions and provide professional service.
• Maintain accurate rental and customer records.
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Monitor facility access, security, and overall appearance.
• Prepare units for new customers and maintain clean common areas.
• Support occupancy and customer retention goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
