Job Description

We are looking for motivated and experienced Self Verifiers to join our growing Final Expense Insurance team.

In this role, you will manually dial warm leads, verify customer information, assess interest and eligibility, and transfer qualified prospects to Senior Policy Closers for final enrolment.

Responsibilities

* Manually dial warm leads provided by the company.

* Verify customer information and eligibility.

* Build rapport and assess customer interest in Final Expense coverage.

* Gather required information accurately and efficiently.

* Handle basic customer questions and objections.

* Transfer qualified and interested prospects to Senior Closers.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.

* Meet daily verification and transfer targets.

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Final Expense verification or a similar role.

* Strong English communication skills.

* Experience working with manual dialing and CRM systems.

* Ability to engage prospects professionally and confidently.

* Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

* Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Compensation & Benefits

* *Basic Salary:* PKR 50,000 – 60,000
