Job Descriptions

• Responsible in managing and acquiring sellers to increase seller engagement within the targeted program
• Conduct proactive outreach (calls or chats) to sellers to educate and explain program benefits and how it can help sellers operational challenges
• Communicate new features, policies, and exclusive deals/incentives
• Identify sellers’ program engagement blocker and understand real seller pain points to accurately address solutions
• Monitor pitching and portfolio performance regularly to identify risk, blocker, and growth opportunities from managed sellers
• Record, escalate and monitor issues/feedback of system and operations to resolve seller blockers that are preventing program engagement
• Meet program pitching and activation target set by team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Any experience in account management, customer support, or business development is a plus point
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with outbound/proactive outreach and handling seller objections
• Data-driven approach to tracking pitch and reactivation performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Have a strong willingness to learn & grow based on feedback
