该职位来源于猎聘 Title: Senior Seller Consultant, Seller Management Primary Purpose of Position:

• Help China base 3rd party sellers grow their businesses in Walmart marketplaces.
• Align with retail markets and sellers to enable selling strategies to accommodate customers’ needs.
• Assist sellers to understand market compliance requirements as well as Walmart customers’ expectations.
• Solve seller issues including issue escalations
• Data analysis, keep tracking performance KPIs.
• Identify processes improvements, drive for results. Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:
• Drive GMV and seller business growth
• Partner closely with suppliers/ sellers, communicating changes in policy or processes in a timely manner. Listen to their pain points and drive for operation excellence to improve seller and customer experience.
• Monitor seller performance against set KPIs. Drive for improvements.
• Understand retail market key initiatives and drive seller engagement.
• Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.
• Conduct business analysis, seek areas of improvement. Qualification:
• Proven track record of managing relationships and / or projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage large amounts of data. Establishes efficient processes in order to make sound decisions.
• Able to work under pressure, takes ownership, Manages multiple projects well. Willing to grow with the business.
• Proficiency in oral and written English and local language
