Selling Agent (Mutual Fund Distributor)

We are seeking a motivated professional to manage and grow relationships with mutual fund distributors. The role focuses on expanding AUM and NNA through product advisory, distributor engagement, and effective coordination across internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) by recommending mutual fund products to selling agents/distributors, and achieve the target for New Net Assets (NNA).

• Present Xspring Asset Management’s product information, economic updates, investment insights, and mutual fund performance to selling agents on a continuous basis to provide in-depth knowledge and support.

• Coordinate, support, and strengthen relationships with existing selling agents, while also expanding the number of new distributors for mutual fund distribution.

• Coordinate with relevant departments on registrar-related matters to monitor and verify daily subscription/redemption orders and fund unit allocation, as well as ensure efficient handling of fee-related systems.

• Prepare contracts, review fee structures, and document agreements with selling agents accurately and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in the mutual fund business or related functions.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Possession of IC or IP license is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Professional certifications such as IP, AISA, CISA, or CFA are highly preferred
