Selling Supervisor | Metro Central Mall

The Selling Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance, merchandising execution, inventory accuracy, and customer service excellence within the appliances store. Leveraging strong knowledge of sales operations, merchandising standards, inventory management, and customer engagement, this role supervises and develops the selling team to achieve sales targets, maximize category performance, execute promotional activities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Selling Supervisor ensures operational compliance, maintains merchandise availability and presentation standards, and supports business growth through effective team leadership and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth and Category Performance Lead the achievement of sales, extended warranty, and profitability targets through effective sales execution, promotional activities, category management, and continuous monitoring of store performance and market opportunities.
• Lead, Develop, and Manage Selling Teams Supervise, coach, and develop selling associates to enhance product knowledge, selling effectiveness, and customer engagement while ensuring individual and team performance objectives are achieved.
• Optimize Merchandising, Inventory, and Stock Availability Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, priced, replenished, and maintained according to company standards while managing inventory accuracy, stock movements, shrinkage control, and promotional execution.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience Promote a customer-focused culture by ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving customer concerns, gathering feedback, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure Operational Excellence, Compliance, and Risk Control Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, operational procedures, and reporting requirements while safeguarding store assets, minimizing losses, and supporting efficient store operations.
