Selling Supervisor | RA Oroquieta

We are looking for a Selling Supervisor to lead our sales team in delivering excellent customer service, effective merchandising, and consistent achievement of sales targets. This role ensures proper product display, inventory accuracy, and execution of promotions to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Admin/Selling Assistants to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback.
• Drive sales growth and extended warranty achievement.
• Ensure proper merchandise display, accurate stock levels, and timely replenishment.
• Oversee price tagging, promotional campaigns, and inventory handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Prepare and submit reports to management.
