Selling Systems & Training Supervisor - Davao

Job Summary

Works closely with the Selling Systems and Training Manager and Sales Leaders of Nabati to strengthen sales force effectiveness and enable the successful execution of commercial and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies across the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, processes, route structures, and sales execution standards.
• Develops and improves selling systems and digital sales tools to support field execution and business objectives.
• Drives system adoption through user guidelines, training, usage monitoring, and resolution of system-related gaps.
• Ensures data accuracy and effective reporting by maintaining controls and developing dashboards and reports for sales decision-making.
• Leads process automation and improvement initiatives to reduce manual work, simplify processes, and improve productivity.
• Develops and conducts sales training and capability-building programs covering customer targeting, selling, account management, negotiation, and execution.
• Works closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of RTM, selling systems, and sales capability initiatives.
