Semarchy MDM Implementation Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Semarchy MDM Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Semarchy xDM, xDI, Snowflake, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, data quality, governance, and data integration.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, data engineers, and technical teams to design, configure, deploy, and support enterprise MDM solutions on Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Semarchy xDM data models, entity views, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation workflows.
• Implement MDM solutions across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Item Master domains.
• Develop and maintain Semarchy xDI integration jobs for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and synchronization.
• Deploy and support Semarchy xDM on Snowflake, including roles, warehouses, security, and data-sharing configurations.
• Build and optimize Snowflake SQL objects including tables, views, stored procedures, streams, and tasks.
• Configure data quality rules, deduplication logic, hierarchies, relationships, and golden record processes.
• Collaborate with business and data governance teams to translate requirements into MDM solutions.
• Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
• Create technical documentation, source-to-target mappings, and operational runbooks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App.

• Exposure to Fivetran, dbt, and modern cloud data integration tools.
• Semarchy certification or formal MDM/Data Governance training.
• Consulting or contract project experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹151,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
