CA Semi-Qualified / CA Dropped – Internal Audit & Statutory Audit

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Accounting, Taxation, or Assurance.

Eligibility

• CA Semi-Qualified candidates
• Candidates who have dropped CA Final / discontinued CA Final
• Candidates who have completed CA Inter / both groups
• Candidates with relevant audit experience from CA firms or corporate organizations

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit

• Conduct internal audits and review business processes and controls.
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and risk areas.
• Verify financial transactions, supporting documents, and accounting records.
• Prepare audit observations and reports.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.

Statutory Audit

• Assist in statutory audit assignments and financial statement verification.
• Perform audit procedures as per applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Verify ledgers, vouchers, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and other financial records.
• Assist in preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
• Support audit closure and preparation of audit reports.
• Coordinate with clients/internal teams for required information and clarification.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, GST and TDS
• Understanding of Ind AS / Accounting Standards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet audit timelines

Candidate Preference

We are specifically looking for CA Semi-Qualified candidates and candidates who have dropped/discontinued CA Final.

CA Final pursuing candidates who are actively planning to complete CA Final may not be considered for this position.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
