SALARY

6–12 Months: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
12–18 Months: Up to ₹5 LPA
18+ Months: Up to ₹6 LPA

Maximum 25% hike on last drawn salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound & outbound voice interactions
• Resolve customer queries, complaints & basic technical issues
• Troubleshoot issues using knowledge bases
• Document interactions in CRM/ticketing tools
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Maintain customer empathy & service quality
• Meet AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality & Attendance targets
• Handle approximately 40–50 calls per shift

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Graduate / Undergraduate
✔ Minimum 6 Months Experience
✔ Customer Care / Customer Support / Contact Center experience
✔ Excellent English communication
✔ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
✔ Basic computer & CRM/ticketing knowledge
✔ Basic typing skills
✔ Comfortable working night shifts
✔ Willing to work on Indian holidays

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
