Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for a Semi Voice Process role in Teynampet, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, resolving customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and non-voice interactions.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
