Semicon CMP Technology Senior Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated CMP Technology Engineer  to join our team and drive business growth in the semiconductor CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) sector across Southeast Asia.

This role is pivotal in bridging customer requirements with internal R&D capabilities, ensuring technical solutions are successfully developed, evaluated, and adopted.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new CMP polishing business opportunities in Southeast Asia.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand technical/operational needs.
• Conduct Technical Engagement Meetings (TEM) and present tailored technical solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D/MSE and Business Units to develop optimized solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and support onsite product evaluations and qualifications.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product and solution improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong CMP experience is essential.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and CMP processes.
• Strong customer engagement, technical presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Southeast Asia semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred.
