Semicon Customer QA Engineer / Senior Engineer

Job Scope

Manage customer quality issues, audits, and compliance requirements.

Drive process quality, SPC, RCA, 8D, FMEA, CAPA, and defect reduction.

Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and industry standards.

Monitor quality performance, KPIs, and corrective actions.

Maintain quality systems, documentation, and process controls.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/Quality Engineering experience.

Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
