Semicon NPI Process Staff/Senior /Engineer

Main purpose:

• Support new semiconductor products from engineering stage to mass production.
• Make sure the products achieve good quality, yield, and productivity.
• Be the technical expert for assigned semicon wafer and assembly processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Review new product designs and check whether they can be manufactured.
• Develop and qualify new materials, tools, equipment, and processes.
• Support processes such as Pre-assembly, Recon, RDL, and Backend.
• Troubleshoot process and yield problems.
• Optimize processes using DOE and JMP.
• Monitor process performance using SPC.
• Prepare/review FMEA, OCAP, and Control Plans.
• Use 8D/root-cause analysis to solve recurring problems.
• Support the transfer of products from Engineering → LVM → HVM.
• Help reduce manufacturing costs.

Candidate requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.

• At least 2-8years of semiconductor NPI Process experience.

• Experience in semiconductor packaging/process engineering.

• Knowledge of DOE, JMP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.

• Good troubleshooting and data-analysis skills.

• Good communication and ability to work independently
