Semicon Planning Senior / Engineer (Production Control)

• Responsible for the business unit production control in order to maximize revenue and customer service (delivery) satisfaction.

Job

1.         Responsible for the Daily Performance Review of overall processes in terms of Delivery and Cycle Time

2.         Plan machine setup and strategy on the capacity allocation with optimum results on resource utilization

3.         Liaise with planning team on the daily loading plan

4.         Review with purchasing team to ensure accuracy in forecast of material availability

5.         Control WIP level, including direct materials and consumables stock level

6.         Work with team to remove manufacturing flow bottlenecks/constrains.

7.         Work with the Customer Service and Planning to drive resolution on any issue that is impacting delivery commitments.

8.         Identify areas with loading opportunity and, communicate to Equipment and Process to push for upside in performance.

9.         Drive for zero re-commit to customer delivery

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on semiconductor manufacturing and/or other related manufacturing environment.

• Leadership quality, persistency is essential to be successful

• Able to communicate effectively with different reporting levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical aptitude and problem-solving capability, a tolerance for ambiguous situations, influencing and an inclination toward consensus building.

• Strong motivational and influencing skills to gain broad alignment and commitment to action plans within the cross functional teams and external customers.

• Proficient in MS Office.
