What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Manage assembly production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and defect reduction initiatives.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technology implementation.
- Monitor quality metrics and apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.
- Manage operational budgets, capacity expansion projects, and cost optimization programs.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to support NPI and technology transfers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing/operations experience with P&L exposure.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes (Front-End or Back-End).
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
