We are currently seeking an analytical and strategic Semiconductor Business Analyst to join our IoT division in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will leverage complex data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance within the fast-paced global semiconductor industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the global semiconductor sector to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Data-Driven Analytics: Analyze complex business data—including sales figures, production costs, supply chain metrics, and financial performance—to generate actionable insights.
• Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and present robust financial models, business forecasts, and impact reports to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track business performance against strategic goals, and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and product development teams to understand business needs and provide data-backed recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, with a strong focus on the semiconductor industry.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis specifically within the semiconductor or hardware manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling techniques.
• Language & Soft Skills: Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) to articulate complex ideas to global stakeholders. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. (Indeed Policy: Focus on fluency rather than asking for native status).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
