Semiconductor Equipment Technician

About the role

Operate and monitor semiconductor fabrication equipment across Etch, Deposition, and Lithography processes. Perform wafer loading and unloading in accordance with established SOPs, conduct routine equipment inspections, and identify operational abnormalities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor fabrication equipment across Etch, Deposition, and Lithography processes
• Perform wafer loading and unloading in accordance with established SOPs
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify operational abnormalities
• Report equipment issues and support troubleshooting activities with engineering teams
• Maintain accurate production records and manufacturing system logs
• Comply with cleanroom protocols, workplace safety requirements, and operational procedures

About you

• NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
• Experience operating semiconductor equipment in a wafer fabrication environment
• Hands-on experience with 3E equipment
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment
• Able to perform duties that require prolonged standing
• Able to work normal fixed shifts or 12-hour rotating shifts
• Experience with TEL or Kokusai equipment is an added advantage
