Semiconductor Process Associate Engineer

Working Hours:
5 days per week, during normal working hours. Occasional shift work and weekend support may be required.

Job Requirements

ITE or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with relevant semiconductor or wafer fabrication experience will have an added advantage.

Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.

Good technical, analytical, and documentation skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily semiconductor process operations and set up semiconductor processing equipment.

Carry out technical tests, engineering experiments, and process splits according to engineering requirements.

Collect, record, and analyze process performance data to support tool start-up and process qualification.

Prepare technical records, charts, graphs, and reports for engineers.

Monitor equipment and process performance, escalating abnormalities to the engineering team when necessary.

Support process improvement activities and other engineering tasks as assigned.
