Semiconductor Sales Engineer – Robotics (KID- 36400)

A global semiconductor robotics manufacturing company is actively seeking a Semiconductor Sales Engineer to join their team in Dallas, TX .

Responsibilities of Semiconductor Sales Engineer

• Maintain the relationship with existing clients
• Participate in the product development team and lead projects for research and development as representative of customers
• Analyze data from test results, provide suggestions, and implement solutions for improvements
• Analyze the current market and establish new sales strategies - forecasting, market trend direction etc
• Visit customer sites and end-users’ sites to respond to their needs and address their issues, including process, technical difficulties, or chemicals
• Seek any opportunities to lead to new projects and provide insights to development
• Manage budget for the sales department and prepare projections
• Manage and handle customer complaints with other departments and perform root cause analysis
• Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed
• Support projects to ensure the project timeline, customer satisfaction, and quality standard
• Participate in internal sales meetings to communicate thoroughly with other locations internationally as arranged
• Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to upper management periodically
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications of of Semiconductor Sales Engineer

• 10 years of experience in account management / business development in the semiconductor industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related field
• Experience with PVD, sputtering or metal deposition
• Availability to work late at night if necessary for projects
• Strong leadership skills in a team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team
• Ability to be flexible to work effectively with a wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
• Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to travel 50% or more
• Valid driver license with clear records
• This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, lift in excess of 30 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
