Seminar Host (Up to 28k | Host | Presentation)

Our client is an American mobility as a service provider looking for a Community Engagement Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Host onboarding seminars and deliver engaging presentations to prospective driver partners.
• Promote platform benefits and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Handle face-to-face enquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Provide one-on-one support to attendees after seminars.
• Convert leads into active driver partners through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
• Support daily seminars with attendance ranging from 1 to 20 participants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with confidence addressing groups.
• Outgoing, charismatic, and able to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Frontline customer service experience is an advantage.
• Previous sales or business development experience with a record of achieving targets.
• Tertiary education.

Language Requirements

• Fluent Cantonese (mandatory).
• Good command of English preferred.
