Our team builds secure, scalable, and auditable workflows across GRC, SecOps, and ITSM modules-driving resilience, automation, and governance at scale for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules-including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Threat & Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response workflows.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow platform using Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to meet enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), IAM platforms, and external risk databases to automate alerting, triage, and remediation.
• Implement and maintain GRC reporting dashboards, audit trails, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) using ServiceNow s built-in reporting engine and custom widgets.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Audit, and IT teams to translate control requirements into automated workflows and enforce policy violations via automation.
• Lead code reviews, platform upgrades, and performance tuning for ServiceNow instances to maintain security posture and system stability.
