Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer & Modelling Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer & Modelling Specialist with strong expertise in architectural and interior 3D modelling, custom furniture and joinery modelling, and ultra-photorealistic rendering. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design team to develop detailed 3D models and high-quality visualizations while accommodating ongoing design updates and revisions. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate and detailed architectural and interior 3D models from design drawings and references. Create custom furniture, joinery, reception counters, workstations, meeting tables, decorative elements, and other bespoke interior features. Produce high-quality photorealistic renders using advanced lighting, materials, and textures. Recreate furniture and design elements from reference images when ready-made models are unavailable. Continuously update models and visualizations in line with design revisions. Coordinate regularly with the design team and attend meetings when required. Maintain organized, editable project files and assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural visualization and 3D modelling. Expert proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and Corona Renderer or V-Ray. Strong experience in architectural and interior modelling. Advanced skills in custom furniture and joinery modelling. Excellent knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and reference images accurately. Experience handling large-scale, detailed interior projects. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Must have a high-performance workstation and licensed software. Preferred Experience Corporate office, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or Revit. Deliverables Detailed 3D architectural and interior models. Custom furniture and joinery models. High-resolution photorealistic renders. Updated visualizations reflecting design changes. Editable source files and associated project assets.
