Senior 3D Designer

About The Role OMQ is looking for a Senior 3D Designer to develop complex 3D environments for booths, events, stages and interiors. Based in Cairo, you will set the technical standards for scene structure, materials, lighting and cameras, supervise the Junior 3D team daily, and deliver photorealistic, optimized renders aligned with the approved concept and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex booth, event, stage and interior 3D areas from concept to final render.
• Create clean scene structure and establish master materials, lighting and camera standards for the team.
• Divide 3D tasks, delegate work and supervise Junior 3D output on a daily basis.
• Review scale, proportions, UVs, materials, texturing, lighting, rendering and scene optimization to ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with the Senior 2D Designer on graphics, textures and brand applications.
• Deliver photorealistic 3D visualizations that meet deadlines and the Art Director's creative direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in 3D visualization and 3D modeling, including experience supervising junior designers.
• Proven experience in booth design, exhibition design, event design, stage design or interior visualization (ArchViz).
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona Renderer; knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift or Octane is a plus.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Lumion or Enscape is an advantage.
• Strong skills in UV mapping, texturing, shading, lighting setup and render optimization.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production; AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino is a plus.
• Strong portfolio of photorealistic event, exhibition or interior renders.
