Senior 3D Visualization Artist

Job Summary:
Here’s your chance to join us as a Senior 3D Visualization Artist with an exceptional eye for atmosphere, lighting, and composition, leading our high-end creative event visualizations. You’ll work closely with our creative and event design teams on ambitious projects, taking a brief and lifting it into compelling visuals that help sell an event concept. You’ll also help us build out our capabilities in animated walkthroughs, cinematic fly-throughs, and immersive VR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create sophisticated event environments featuring staging, scenic design, theatrical lighting, LED screens, multimedia, and other production elements
• Start from our existing 3D venue models and build them into larger, more ambitious projects
• Take creative briefs and lift them with your own design judgment and ideas
• Produce high-quality still renders for major client pitches
• Create animated walkthroughs, cinematic fly-throughs, and immersive VR experiences
• Bring strong composition, atmosphere, and visual storytelling to every presentation
• Work closely with the creative and event design teams
• Lead larger creative projects independently from concept to delivery
• Help find new ways to present and sell event concepts

Mandatory Skills:

• An exceptional portfolio showing design ability, composition, lighting, and atmosphere
• Proven experience producing high-quality 3D visualizations of interiors, events, exhibitions, or immersive environments
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to contribute ideas, not just follow a brief
• Professional experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar)
• Understanding of lighting and staging for events or interiors
• Ability to lead larger creative projects and collaborate with a design team
• Self-motivated, careful with details, and able to work without hand-holding
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of staging, theatrical lighting, LED screens, and multimedia
• Experience in live events, event production, entertainment, or experiential design
• Background in stage design, entertainment design, or event visualization
• Experience with animation, real-time rendering, walkthroughs, or VR
• Unreal Engine experience
• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Vectorworks, or CAST WYSIWYG/Vivien
• Able to juggle several projects without losing track
