Senior 3D Visualizer (Interior) – Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualizer (Interior) – Team Lead with a strong passion for creating mesmerizing, photorealistic interior renders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of 3ds Max + Corona Renderer, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team while handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-end, photorealistic interior renders using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Develop realistic lighting, materials, textures, furniture and detailed interior environments.
• Lead, guide and manage a team of 3D Visualizers.
• Allocate projects and monitor team performance and deadlines.
• Review renders and maintain consistently high-quality output.
• Handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects and the production team.
• Troubleshoot rendering and visualization challenges.
• Mentor junior and mid-level visualizers.
• Take responsibility for critical projects and final-quality deliveries.

Required Skills

• 3ds Max – Mandatory
• Corona Renderer – Mandatory
• AutoCAD – Good working knowledge
• Photoshop – Strong post-production skills
• Excellent understanding of interior design and architectural visualization
• Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, composition and camera setup
• Ability to create highly photorealistic and mesmerizing renders
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply creating 3D models and renders.

You should have a strong visual sense, attention to detail and understanding of photorealism, while also having the confidence and leadership skills to manage a visualization team.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Interior 3D Visualization
• Excellent command of 3ds Max & Corona Renderer
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium-quality interior renders
• Previous experience leading or managing a 3D visualization team
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for producing exceptional visual quality

Salary

Salary: As per experience and skill level

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
