Job Summary

Brite Engineers is looking for AC Technicians to handle air-conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations and project sites across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain air-conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC faults and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown services.
• Handle Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, and Package AC systems.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, filters, and refrigerant systems.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and copper piping work as required.
• Assist with AC installation, dismantling, and relocation.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and company service standards.
• Maintain service reports and maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and customers.

Basic Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical, or Mechanical preferred.
• Practical knowledge of AC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and refrigerant handling.
• Ability to use AC service tools and testing instruments.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work at assigned locations.

Experience

• Experienced AC Technicians preferred.
• Freshers with relevant ITI / RAC qualifications and practical training may also apply.
