- Presenting suitable properties to councils and housing partners
- Responding promptly to accommodation requests
- Following up on property submissions and progressing them towards bookings
- Supporting Fine Move with provider onboarding and registration opportunities
- Helping secure new agreements and placement routes with London Boroughs

You will be responsible for:

- Matching available properties with live council demand
- Promoting vacant and upcoming properties to appropriate boroughs
- Following up consistently with council officers and housing brokers
- Securing replacement placements before existing bookings end wherever possible
- Coordinating inspections, compliance checks and property-readiness requirements
- Helping resolve issues that could delay a booking
- Reducing void periods and maximising income across the portfolio
- Providing regular pipeline and performance updates to management
