Our client Advance Retro Solution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Account & Admin Executive to join their team!

Advance Retro Solution Sdn. Bhd. specializes in providing engineering solutions and training equipment to academic institutions in Malaysia. They offer a wide range of products including engineering software, CNC machines, robotic trainers, and more.

What you'll be doing?

• Manage accounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks including cash book, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
• Financial transactions: Prepare and process various financial documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Reporting: Generate timely weekly and monthly reports, as well as ad hoc reports as needed.
• Liaison: Communicate with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Administration: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail processing.

Who are they looking for?

• Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in accounting/finance/banking/LCCI or related field with over 3 years of experience.
• Language proficiency: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is essential, with Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software, with the ability to work independently and multitask.
• Personal attributes: Positive attitude, good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
