Senior Account

• Handle and maintain the company’s full set of accounts anddaily accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and other accounting reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, receipts and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and process payroll related accounting entries and statutory contributions where required.
• Monitor project related expenses, costs, invoices and payments.
• Ensure proper recording and filing of accounting documents and supporting documents.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
• Prepare documents and information required for audits, tax submissions and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers and relevant parties on accounting matters.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
