SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the role

This role involves preparing, reviewing and analysing monthly financial and management reports, conducting budget versus actual analysis, and monitoring the company's cash flow. You will prepare and monitor accounts receivable and collection reports, review ageing reports, and provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly financial and management reports.
• Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis and identify significant variances for management review.
• Monitor and manage the Company’s cash flow, including cash flow planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection reports, including follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and review AR and AP ageing reports to monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection and payment.
• Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
• Professional accounting qualification or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, AR, AP, collection management and full set account
