Senior Account Executive / Assistant Account Manager

Responsibility

• Handle full set account including GL, AR, AP and Bank reconciliation independently (Will be an advantage).
• Responsible for daily accounting event PNL monitoring, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, monthly staff claim payments & weekly payments.
• Preparing monthly, weekly and daily reports for Management review purposes.
• Ensuring event expenses in PNL are within approved budget.
• Work closely and communicate with other colleagues from other department to resolve any discrepancies in relationship to the book entry, invoicing, progress payment.
• Dealing with bank officers on any matters relating to bank transactions.
• Issue payment voucher, Invoices, DO, Quotation - Liaising with auditors, tax agent and Company Secretaries.
• Making sure all Audits and Taxation is done timely and accordingly.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Handling international e-commerce tax.
• Other accounting ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 5 year of related experience.
• Language: English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Required skills: Accounting, Account Management.
• Understanding of International e-commerce tax
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
