SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Assist in day-to-day overall accounting functions of the company among others the timely preparation of full set of accounts and tax submission.
• Maintain proper accounting record in accordance to Accounting Standards.
• Prepare, review and verify payments whilst monitoring the timeliness of payments approvals, including cash flow management.
• Liaise with external parties on, including but not limited to, banking, audit, tax and secretarial matters.
• Prepare other ad-hoc reports or analysis as and when requested by the management.
• Update subcon certificates / Tax invoices into accounting system and subcon aging.
• Prepare inter-com transaction schedule.
• Ad hoc reports as and when required.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificates, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance
• 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in English , Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong multitasking abilities, commitment, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.
• An analytical mindset, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
• Prior audit knowledge would be advantageous.
