Senior Account Executive

-What You'll Do

• Manage full-set accounts independently using accounting software (experience with SQL / AutoCount / QNE preferred)
• Prepare and review management accounts, month-end/year-end closing, bank reconciliations, and financial reports
• Liaise directly with clients to advise on accounting and financial matters with professionalism and confidence
• Assist in the preparation of corporate income tax computations and ensure statutory compliance (SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior accounts staff
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretarial team on group matters

-What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with proven full-set handling capability
• Proficient in at least one accounting software (SQL / AutoCount / QNE / Xero)
• Strong communication skills — able to advise clients and explain financial matters clearly
• Demonstrates initiative and leadership; able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in an accounting firm or professional services environment is an advantage
