What they need
- Manage the accounting system and maintain a complete set of accounts for the assigned companies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank account reconciliations and prepare monthly reconciliation statements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial statements, management reports and general ledger reports in a timely manner.
- Handle debtors and creditors accounts, including preparation and review of statements of accounts.
- Compile and analyze accounting information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Process and monitor payments for supplier invoices, purchases and staff claims to ensure timely settlement.
- Ensure proper maintenance, documentation and filing of all accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end closing, including preparation of consolidation accounts and intercompany reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain consolidated accounts for the group during month-end closing.
- Ensure accounting entries and transactions are properly recorded and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, auditors and other relevant parties on accounting-related matters when required.
- Perform any other accounting duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
