Your Mission

• Build Relationships: Develop new enterprise partnerships while expanding your reach across existing accounts, departments, and teams.
• Solve Big Problems: Understand complex workforce challenges and turn them into smart, scalable professional services solutions.
• Win the Business: Lead consultative conversations, craft compelling solutions, and negotiate profitable contracts.
• Drive Success: Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to create a seamless client experience and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Organized & Agile: Able to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communicator: Confident communicator who can build relationships and convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
