What they need

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Benefit: Public Holiday, Annual Leave, Bonus, Annual Dinner provided

Job Scope:

Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, Stocks, Bank reconciliation, SST/GST & e-invoicing.
Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly Management Reports
Preparation for Financial Year End closing and audit schedule
Liaising with clients’ auditor/tax agent on matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
To prepare monthly salary, yearly EA and submission of Borang B
Know HR ruling & to prepare letter accordingly related to HR
Liase with government department
add hoc work by management

Requirement:

* 5 years above experience

* Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Proficient in accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax compliance will be added advantage.

Computer literate, knowledge of SQL will be added advantage
