About The Role

Senior Account Executive (SAE) help to Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. Support the day-to-day communication/information sharing and project support needs between the clients. The role will require strong communication, teamwork, project management and organization skills.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand briefs.
• Provide timely responses or solutions to client requests.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects with clear priority allocation.
• Deal with multiple client contact persons at the same time.
• Debrief job requirements clearly to internal team members.
• Monitor all project stages to ensure smooth delivery.
• Quality control of all work submitted to clients.
• Support social content planning and day-to-day account management.
• Create quotations, ensure timely billing and keep finance status up to date.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related majors is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both clients and internal teams.
• Ability to develop engaging and consumer insight-driven content for digital and social media channels.
• Good sense of aesthetics, with strong attention to detail, patience and responsibility.
• Experience with luxury, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands would be a plus.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms, especially WeChat, RED and Douyin.
• Passion for researching consumers, social trends and online content. Having your own observations and point of view would be a plus.
• Basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
