🎯 你的职责：

• 准确处理日常会计分录。
• 负责全盘账目（应付账款、应收账款、总账、零用金及银行对账）。
• 管理总账、应收账款、应付账款、运营费用及月度结账。
• 协助准备财务报告和分析，为业务决策提供支持。
• 及时准确处理员工报销、供应商发票和运营费用。
• 与团队紧密合作，使数字成为公司增长的驱动力。

✅ 你需要具备的条件：

• 会计或相关专业的学士学位
• 至少3年相关领域的工作经验
• 熟悉全盘账务处理
• 了解马来西亚的财务政策、会计法规及相关税务规定
• 具备扎实的会计复式记账知识
• 良好的英语沟通能力；懂普通话者优先
• 具有零售行业经验或使用AutoCount系统的经验者优先

🎯 Your responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries with accuracy.
• Handle Full Set Account (AP, AR, GL, Petty cash & Bank Recon)
• Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, operating expenses, and monthly closing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
• Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and operating expenses on time with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the team to make numbers a driving force for the company’s growth.

✅ What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related
• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge with full set accounts
• Familiar with Malaysia's financial policies, accounting regulations, and related tax regulations
• Strong knowledge of accounting double entries.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Experience in the retail industry or AutoCount system will be a plus.
