What they need

In Short

Close the deals. Set the standard for how we sell. Grow with a company hitting its inflection point.

Tracklab is hiring two Senior Account Executives to sell the system of record that 100+ industrial companies already rely on to manage supplier and product compliance data.

You will join our commercial team under François, our Sales Lead (ten years in B2B software, formerly Head of Sales at Regate), alongside other Account Executives and a Marketing Lead building our lead generation machine.

What makes this role interesting?

Real deals, real complexity. Multi-stakeholder cycles of two to six months, deals from 50,000 to 130,000 euros, executive buyers in industry: Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, General Management.

An inflection point. Our average deal size has grown from roughly 8,000 to 35,000 euros in a year, and we are on the path from 1.5 to 3 million euros in ARR. You sell into momentum, not a standing start.

Full-cycle, but supported. A dedicated marketing function feeds the pipeline alongside your own prospecting.

A voice in how we sell. You set the example, shape the playbook, and help the team raise its level as we scale.

You could be a good fit if you have two to three years of full-cycle closing in B2B software, numbers you can prove, and real comfort running multi-stakeholder deals in front of executives. You are motivated by the project, not just by leaving your current employer.

The essentials

  • Montmartre, Paris. Office-first, with some flexibility for remote work.
  • 50k fixed + 50k uncapped variable, 100k OTE.
  • Permanent contract (CDI). Start as soon as possible.
  • French-speaking team. Professional English required.

Why Tracklab exists

The strength of a nation rests on the strength of its industry. Yet every new French and European regulation creates a wave of compliance work for thousands of industrial companies. Without the right tooling, they absorb the cost: expensive audits, customs blocks, product recalls running into millions of euros, while less-constrained foreign competitors gain ground.

Tracklab resolves this paradox. The more we regulate to protect consumers, the heavier the burden on European companies. Tracklab makes compliance as light as possible, protecting citizens and the competitiveness of our industrial champions at the same time, without compromise.

Concretely, we are building the system of record for regulated supply chains. In critical industries such as food and beverage, animal nutrition, packaging, cosmetics, flavors and fragrances, chemicals and pharma, compliance data still moves through emails, PDFs and spreadsheets. Tracklab provides the infrastructure layer that lets industrial companies collect, structure, validate and securely share trusted supplier and product data, in an auditable and AI-native way.

Each deployment starts inside a single industrial company. As that company brings its suppliers and partners onto the platform, individual deployments connect into a trusted data network across supply chains.

We already work with more than 100 industrial companies and 40,000 suppliers. Our long-term ambition is to build the reference group for industrial compliance across all its dimensions, but the near-term mission of this role is clear: sell our software.

The team

Tracklab was founded at the end of 2022 by Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, formerly Uber San Francisco) and Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, formerly Bain & Company). François Cadoret joined as Sales Lead, with ten years in B2B software sales and a past role as Head of Sales at Regate. The commercial team also includes several Account Executives with past experiences at Tomorro & Riot.

We have also recently hired Gautier Veysset as Marketing Lead, with more than ten years of marketing experience across software and industry, to build our lead generation machine. You will sell full-cycle, but not from a standing start: a dedicated function is being built to feed the pipeline alongside your own prospecting.

Why this role, now

Tracklab is at an inflection point, and it defines what we are hiring for.

  • We will reach 1.5 million euros in ARR in 2026, after adding more than 1 million euros of ARR in 2026, and we are targeting 3 million euros in ARR in 2027.
  • Our average ARR deal size has risen sharply, from roughly 8,000 euros in early 2026 to around 35,000 euros today.
  • We are now signing deals of 50,000 to 130,000 euros ARR, with more complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees.

We are not hiring to run a playbook on small deals. We are hiring two Senior Account Executives to win our largest and most complex software deals, set the standard for how Tracklab sells, and help the commercial team raise its level as we scale.

The main working language is French. Professional English is required, given our stakeholders and international growth. This job description is written in English on purpose: fluency is a genuine requirement of the role.

The role

As a Senior Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle on our most demanding accounts, from prospecting to signature, selling our software platform to mid-market and larger industrial companies. You pursue accounts in our core target, reach the real decision makers, equip internal champions, build the return on investment with the client, and negotiate without conceding on price. Beyond your own quota, you set an example the rest of the team learns from.

What you will achieve

  • Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of two to six months, from first contact to signature.
  • Close new business with mid-market and larger industrial clients, including our biggest software deals of 50,000 to 130,000 euros.
  • Sell to, and hold your ground with, executive and operational decision makers: Quality and Regulatory, Managing Directors, Procurement, Finance and Technical leads.
  • Generate your own pipeline and defend an accurate forecast, with coverage of at least three times your quarterly target.
  • Open accounts others would not have reached: groups, multi-site and multi-department perimeters, higher-value deals.
  • Act as a relay for the team: help onboard new Account Executives, contribute to rituals such as pipeline and call reviews, and turn field insight into improvements to our playbook, product and positioning.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, with structured feedback to Product and Customer Success.

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • A record of full-cycle closing, typically two to three years in B2B software sales, backed by numbers you can substantiate: quota attainment over the last two years, ranking, ARR generated.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multi-stakeholder deals at a meaningful deal size, rather than transactional or small-account sales.
  • Comfort selling to executives and steering a buying committee across several departments, procurement and legal included.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, and genuine credibility in front of decision makers in an industrial environment.
  • Based in Paris and comfortable with an office-first way of working.
  • Motivation driven by the role and the project, not simply by leaving a current employer.

Strong advantages

  • Experience selling to quality, regulatory, supply chain, CSR or procurement functions in regulated or industrial markets.
  • Command of sales tooling (HubSpot, prospecting stack) and of qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, SPIN or GAP selling.
  • Experience mentoring other Account Executives or building sales process and playbooks in a fast-growing company.

Compensation and practicalities

  • Permanent French contract (CDI).
  • Fixed 50k annual salary + uncapped 50k annual bonus, 100k annual OTE
  • Office-first, with some flexibility for remote work.
  • 50% reimbursement of public transport.
  • Swile meal vouchers.
  • A fully equipped office in Montmartre with a view over the Sacré-Coeur (Paris, 75018).

Application process

  • A 15-minute screening interview with our Hiring Manager
  • A one-hour business interview with our Sales Lead, François, including a live business-case
  • Two 30-minute fit interviews with members of the team
  • A 30-minute fit interview with our founders, Fadel and Nicolas
  • A formal offer to join Tracklab
